Spa Policy
Consultations
Personal well being comes from personalized skin care.
It will all begin with a face to face consultation. Our highly trained therapist will carefully introduce you to the best facial and body massage treatment that suits your concerns.
Scheduling
For all treatments please book at least 48 hours ahead to avoid disappointment. However, you are always welcome to call and check if we have available beauty experts.
Arrival
Check in with the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In order to provide the best service and to know your skin better, we will ask all new clients to fill out our beauty history information and treatment consent forms.
Cancellations
We value each appointment you made with éclat and will reserve it just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancelation fees.
Payment
We accept Wechat pay, Alipay, Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
Gratuities are encouraged since it's not included in any of our services or packages.
Lost items?
We encourage you to leave valuables at home as éclat will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
